Who we are

This website, stbcleaning.com.au, is run by STB Cleaning Services (“STB Cleaning”, “we” or “us”), a cleaning business at 3 Sirius Way, Byford WA 6122. You can reach us on 0420 731 775 or at info@stbcleaning.com.au.

What information we collect

We only collect the personal information you choose to give us. Depending on how you get in touch, this may include:

• Contact form: your name, phone number, email address, the service you’re asking about and your message.
• Quote and booking form: the services you need, your name, phone number, email address and suburb, plus any other details you choose to add, such as your property address, property type, number of storeys, notes and, for bookings, your preferred date and time.
• Phone and email: the details you give us when you call or email us directly.

Please don’t include sensitive information, such as health or financial details, in your message.

How your form details reach us

Our contact and quote forms are sent over a secure (HTTPS) connection to Web3Forms, a third-party form service that delivers each submission to our business email inbox. Web3Forms handles your submission only so it can be passed on to us, and its own privacy policy, available on its website, applies to how it processes that data. Web3Forms may process or store submissions on servers outside Australia.

How we use your information

We use your information only to respond to your enquiry, prepare your quote and, if you go ahead, arrange the job, contact you about it and send your tax invoice.

We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information, and we don’t share it with anyone else unless we are required to by law.

Storage and security

Form submissions and emails arrive in our business email inbox. We take reasonable steps to protect your information from misuse, loss and unauthorised access, and we keep it only for as long as we need it to deal with your enquiry or job and to meet our record-keeping obligations.

Cookies and other websites

This website does not use analytics or advertising cookies. Links to other websites, such as our Facebook page or Google reviews, are covered by those websites’ own privacy policies.

Accessing or correcting your information

You can ask to see the personal information we hold about you, or ask us to correct it, by emailing info@stbcleaning.com.au or calling 0420 731 775. Please get in touch the same way if you have a question or concern about how we have handled your information.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last changed.
